Janesville Country Club Wedding
Last Fall I had the pleasure of photographing the Janesville Country Club Wedding of Stephanie & Mitchell. It was an extremely brisk fall day but the colors were beautiful and light at sunset was perfect. Both Stephanie and Mitchel were so relaxed all day. They took great care to make sure everyone was having the best time. Even having to move their original ceremony location indoors they both just were happy to savor each moment.
Stephanie’s wedding dress was also just so perfect and took my breath away. What a stunning bride!
I love hearing from my couples about their favorite wedding day moments!!
Wow! How do I pick?!?
One of my favorite moments was my first look with my Dad. He’s not the kind of person that shows or talks about his feelings very much, so to be able to have that moment with him was really meaningful to me.
My second favorite part of the day was the ceremony. This is the part of the day I was most nervous about. Not because of the getting married part, but because Mitch and I “wrote” (pieced together the words of people who are much better writers and can express themselves way better than we can) it together and I hoped everyone would like it. Our officiant, a friend of ours who got ordained online to do our wedding, did an amazing job and it was quirky and fun, and exactly represented us as people and as a couple.
Other honorable mentions include when Mitch and I got to go off with Karly and do some pictures of just the two of us, the maid of honor and best man’s toasts, shenanigans with our wonderful wedding party and the cake!
I LOVE this photo!! They were so happy and it has all of those just married vibes that make me so excited to be the lucky photographer hanging out on such special days.
